Since 2005 I have practised as an attorney-at-law. In my work I combine legal advice with a business advisory role - I analyse not only statutes but also how the business is structured, its risks and the financial and tax consequences of measures taken. That lets clients decide knowingly, with a full picture of the implications.
I specialise in comprehensive advice to entrepreneurs. I cooperate with companies in IT, HR, renewable energy, international transport, construction (including developers and contractors), real estate, restaurants and hotels, training and the broad services sector.
I have extensive experience in commercial law. In particular I advise on transformations of enterprises, mergers and restructuring, and on safeguarding clients within corporate structures.
I represent businesses in court proceedings, including shareholder disputes, competition-related matters and classic commercial cases - payment, damages or fixing legal relationships. I also represent clients before public bodies and local government.
I advise management boards, executives, partners and businesses - both in day-to-day work and in disputes and strategic choices. In practice I have often taken part in shareholders' meetings and general meetings - organising them, advising or representing participants, also where there is conflict inside the company.
Legal audits and reviews of how enterprises operate - legal and financial - are an important part of my practice. I have conducted audits before acquisitions or joining a company and in conflict settings, checking governance and financial standing. I assist clients with investment, reorganisation and restructuring choices and with assessing insolvency and liquidity risk.
I graduated in law from the University of Szczecin and completed attorney-at-law training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Szczecin. I hold postgraduate qualifications in Transfer Pricing and Tax Management (SGH Warsaw) and in taxes and tax management (Poznań University of Economics).
I have taken part in many trainings on tax optimisation, company valuations, mergers, combinations, divisions and transformations.
