We provide support to our Clients in solving problems with employers, in particular regarding the following issues:
- providing advisory services on entering into, changing and terminating employment contracts,
- providing advisory services and representation before common courts in cases such as, for example: reinstatement to work or obtaining compensation, infringement of employee’s personal rights, harassment at work, remuneration for working overtime and during public holidays, payment of holiday entitlement,
- providing advisory services on and analysing non-competition covenants and contracts on employee’s material responsibility.
